If you are experiencing an issue of “critical severity” outside of normal business hours, please complete the form on this page for a response within 30 minutes 24/7/365.

Examples of these issues include unavailability of the ACHQ portal, platform, integrations, or APIs, or a problem that is severely adversely impacting your ability to use any of the ACHQ services.
